President of the Republic of Srpska met with the Ambassador of France to Bosnia and Herzegovina

The President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik met today in Banja Luka with the newly appointed Ambassador of France to Bosnia and Herzegovina François Delmas.

As a part of the inaugural visit, the President of the Republic of Srpska informed the Ambassador of France to BiH about the situation in the Republic of Srpska and BiH. During the conversation, the President Dodik emphasized that PIC is not provided for in the Dayton Agreement, and that Christian Schmidt is not a high representative because he was not appointed in accordance with Annex 10 of the Dayton Peace Agreement.

The President of the Republic said that the Republic of Srpska is committed to the European Union, as well as to the fulfillment of all 14 priorities together, stressing the readiness of the Republic of Srpska to immediately put these issues on the agenda with partners who have the capacity to solve them.

The President of the Republic of Srpska, on this occasion, told the Ambassador of France to Bosnia and Herzegovina that the issue of property is a red line below which Srpska will not go.

The President Milorad Dodik wished the newly appointed ambassador Delmas a welcome and success in performing his ambassadorial duties.
