Christmas reception at “Kozara” barracks

The President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik attended today in the “Kozara” barracks the Christmas reception organised by the Deputy Minister of Defense in the Council of Ministers for Resource Management Mirko Okolić and the Office of Orthodox Spiritual Care of this Ministry.

The President of the Republic of Srpska said that he was proud of the members of the Third Infantry /Republic of Srpska/ Regiment because they inherit and promote the tradition of the Army of the Republic of Srpska, which was the foundation of the formation of the Republic of Srpska.

“I am happy that the holidays passed in peace and joy. The Republic of Srpska paid tribute to all those who lost their lives so that we could mark these days today”, said the President of the Republic.

The President of Srpska pointed out that this is a Republic of peace and stability, which is oriented towards the future, understanding the past and which, as he stated, does not want to give up any of its elements and characteristics.

“We are the ones who understand that the future cannot be original if it is not based on facts from the past, and in this regard I want to say that the Republic of Srpska had no intention other than to mark its Day and Christmas holidays”, said the President Dodik.

The President of the Republic wished a welcome to all members of other religions and nations, good health and that they feel safe and equal in Srpska, as much as Serbs feel dominant in it.

“We believe that we are not disturbing anyone and we are not doing any harm, and it is absolutely obvious to those who are a bit upset that they had no reason for such a thing, since these holidays have shown it all”, said the President of Srpska.

The President Dodik extended congratulations to all dignitaries during the ceremonial reception, soldiers, officers, generals, members of the Serb people in the Ministry of Defense in the Council of Ministers with the traditional greeting “Peace from God, Christ is born”.
